Our rates for April to October 2026 are:

• Single Room from £135
• Double Room from £195
• Twin Room from £195

All rates are inclusive of full Hebridean breakfast and VAT and reflect Direct Bookings only via our website, telephone or email.

Rates for stays from November to March are reduced and may vary dependent on your date of stay.  We are open all year round, so do check our availability for these rates or give us a call or email for more detail.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and a full booking confirmation will be sent to you after your booking has been made.  Balance of payment is due on arrival at the hotel.

If you plan on travelling to the island by ferry with your car, you will need to make a reservation for your ferry crossing as soon as possible.  A ferry booking is essential and they do book up quickly.  Please do ensure to book your ferry at the same time as booking your accommodation.

Our check-in times are from 4pm to 9pm. Please provide us with an approximate time of arrival so we know when to expect you, especially if you are travelling on any of the evening ferries.

Check out is by 10.00am.  During our busy summer season we very much appreciate our guests’ understanding of this.
